Session Policies

The Soul Sanctuary is a gentle, trauma-informed and LGBTQIA+ affirming space. These session policies are here to support clarity, safety and respect for both of us.

Session length & timing

Standard sessions are 60 minutes.
Please arrive or log in a few minutes early so we can begin on time.
If you are more than 60 minutes late, we may need to reschedule and the full fee may still apply.

Cancellations & rescheduling

You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your session.
Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged at the full session fee, except in genuine emergencies.
If I need to reschedule, I will give you as much notice as possible and offer the next available time.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking or on the day of your session, as agreed.
Unpaid sessions may not be rebooked until the balance is cleared.

Confidentiality & safety

What you share in session is kept private, except where I am legally or ethically required to act to keep you or others safe.
This may include situations involving serious risk of harm, abuse, or court orders.

Online sessions

For online sessions, please choose a quiet, private space where you feel safe to talk.
Check your internet connection and device before we begin.

Respectful space

The Soul Sanctuary is a non-judgmental, inclusive space. Discriminatory, abusive or unsafe behaviour is not accepted and may result in sessions ending early or future bookings being declined.
