Session Policies

The Soul Sanctuary is a gentle, trauma-informed and LGBTQIA+ affirming space. These session policies are here to support clarity, safety and respect for both of us.

Session length & timing

  • Standard sessions are 60 minutes.
  • Please arrive or log in a few minutes early so we can begin on time.
  • If you are more than 60 minutes late, we may need to reschedule and the full fee may still apply.

Cancellations & rescheduling

  • You can reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your session.
  • Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged at the full session fee, except in genuine emergencies.
  • If I need to reschedule, I will give you as much notice as possible and offer the next available time.

Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of booking or on the day of your session, as agreed.
  • Unpaid sessions may not be rebooked until the balance is cleared.

Confidentiality & safety

  • What you share in session is kept private, except where I am legally or ethically required to act to keep you or others safe.
  • This may include situations involving serious risk of harm, abuse, or court orders.

Online sessions

  • For online sessions, please choose a quiet, private space where you feel safe to talk.
  • Check your internet connection and device before we begin.

Respectful space

The Soul Sanctuary is a non-judgmental, inclusive space. Discriminatory, abusive or unsafe behaviour is not accepted and may result in sessions ending early or future bookings being declined.
