The Soul Sanctuary offers holistic coaching and personal development services specifically tailored to support women through transformative healing, self-discovery, and empowerment.

While these sessions facilitate significant personal growth, they are not a replacement for psychiatric care, clinical psychology, or formal medical treatment.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require emergency clinical intervention, please contact a qualified healthcare professional or local emergency services immediately.

By participating in our services, you accept full responsibility for your personal choices, actions, and life outcomes.

Confidentiality Commitment Protecting your privacy is a foundational value of our practice.

Conversations within our sessions are held with the strictest confidence. However, disclosure of information may occur under the following legal and ethical obligations: if required by New Zealand law, if there is an imminent risk of harm to yourself or others, or if there are concerns regarding the welfare of a child or vulnerable person.

Outside of these specific safety mandates, your personal journey remains private.

Client Partnership & Responsibility Successful

coaching relies on an active, collaborative partnership.

As a client, you are expected to arrive promptly for scheduled appointments, engage with honesty, and take ownership of the strategies and insights developed during our time together.

Please note that while I am dedicated to your progress.

The Soul Sanctuary cannot guarantee specific results, as meaningful transformation is dependent on individual commitment and unique life circumstances.

Cancellation & Rescheduling.

To honour the time dedicated to your growth, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any changes to your booking. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur the full session fee.

We understand that emergencies happen, and exceptions may be made at the discretion of The Soul Sanctuary management.

Payment Terms Financial investment in your wellbeing is required prior to the start of any session or package, unless a prior arrangement has been organised.

For multi-session packages, full payment is due before the initial appointment. Please be aware that all fees are non-refundable once the service delivery has commenced.

Professional Boundaries The nature of our relationship is strictly professional.

The Soul Sanctuary provides emotional support, accountability, and guidance; however, this does not extend to providing legal, financial, or clinical medical advice.

We encourage clients to seek out specialised experts for concerns falling outside the scope of life coaching.

To protect this environment, any form of harassment, discrimination, or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in the immediate termination of our professional relationship.
