Relationships & Communication
I support clients who experience ongoing worry, racing thoughts, social anxiety, or a constant sense of “being on edge.” Together, we work on calming the nervous system, building self‑trust, and creating tools you can use in everyday life.
Many of the people I work with carry the impact of past experiences—whether from childhood, relationships, or single events that were deeply unsettling. Our work together is gentle and paced, helping you feel safer in your body and your story, without rushing your process.
If you’re feeling flat, unmotivated, or disconnected from the things you used to enjoy, we explore what’s underneath with care and curiosity. We focus on small, realistic steps that support your energy, self‑worth, and sense of hope.
Changes like breakups, career shifts, relocation, or family changes can leave you feeling unsteady. I help you process what’s happening, make sense of your emotions, and move through change in a way that honours your needs and values.
When life feels like too much—whether from work, caregiving, or simply holding everything together—we look at what’s draining you and what might support you. Together, we create boundaries, routines, and supports that feel kind and sustainable.
I support you to understand your patterns in relationships, communicate more clearly, and create healthier boundaries. This might include romantic relationships, friendships, family, or your relationship with yourself.
I’ve had the privilege of working with people from many different backgrounds, identities, and life experiences. My practice is inclusive, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and trauma‑informed. Whoever you are and whatever you’re carrying, you are welcome here.

A Little More About Me
When I'm not in session, you'll find me at Whatawhata Rd Templeview Hamilton 3285 New Zealand, reading fiction, practicing yoga, and spending time with my family.
I'm also passionate about reducing the stigma around mental health. I regularly contribute to local mental health organizations, to make therapy more accessible and approachable for everyone.
